About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultative Sales: Leverage and expand your existing professional database through strategic outreach (text, email, and phone) to drive high-value group bookings.

  • Strategic Growth: Execute sophisticated cold outreach and networking strategies to identify new market opportunities and partnerships.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Guardian Travel Group at national conferences, fostering deep industry relationships and converting leads into long-term clients.

  • Lifecycle Management: Guide clients through the custom proposal process, ensuring their unique educational and travel goals are met with precision.

Compensation & Benefits
  • 40K Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
